What happens after I send a service request?
The request goes to the relevant MarQi Co. team - property management, leasing or investment. For management enquiries we review the rent roll and operating history before responding with a proposal. For leasing enquiries we confirm what is currently available and on what terms.
I am a tenant with a maintenance problem - is this the right form?
Yes. Name the property and unit and describe the issue. The request reaches the property team that handles that building directly, and it is tracked rather than passed through a call centre.
Can I ask for a valuation or an acquisition review?
Yes. Include the property address, current rent roll if you have it, and what you are trying to decide - hold, reposition, sell or acquire. Our investment and asset management teams handle these enquiries.
