Image Use and Licensing

This page sets out how the photographs published on marqico.com may be used. It applies to the
property and tenant photographs shown on our property pages, business pages and blog.

Who owns these images

The photographs of MarQi Co. managed properties – Pewaukee Plaza, National Avenue Center, Bay View Retail Center,
Wansford Retail Plaza, MarQi Center, the Fresenius Kidney Center building, the Pella Windows store, StoneX USA and the
Digital Ignition Center – together with photographs of the businesses trading at those properties, are published by
MarQi Co. as owner and manager of the properties.

Some images on the site are supplied by third parties, including tenant brand material and stock photography used in
blog articles. Those images remain the property of their respective owners and are not covered by this page.

Permitted use

Journalists, brokers, listing platforms and prospective tenants may reproduce MarQi Co. property photographs for the
purpose of reporting on, listing or enquiring about the property shown, provided that:

  • the image is not altered in a way that misrepresents the property,
  • MarQi Co. is credited as the source, and
  • the use is not presented as an endorsement by MarQi Co. of a third-party product or service.

Use that needs written permission

Written permission is required for commercial reuse outside the cases above, including advertising, resale of the
image, inclusion in a stock library, or use in AI training datasets. Send a
service request or email [email protected] with the image URL and the intended use.

Requesting the original file

Higher-resolution originals of property photographs can be provided to brokers, media and listing platforms on
request. Include the property name and the page the image appears on.

If you believe an image on this site is published in error or infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected]
with the image URL and details, and we will review it promptly.
